Combination drains present a bit of a challenge when it comes to stormwater products. Protecting the "dual openings" of curb-inlet and street drain can complicate designs. 

The Ultra-Drain Guard, Curb-Insert Style starts with the standard Drain Guard then adds additional fabric and a tension rod. The tension rod keeps the material in place so that it can filter pollutants from water flowing into the curb inlet. And the part of the Drain Guard inserted into the catch basin handles the rest.
